2. Description of Services
As a result of North Pointe Consulting Services offering a broad range of consulting services, the description of services will be drafted specifically for each contract for services and will be located in said contract. Contacts with North Pointe Consulting Services are legally binding contracts. Read the entire Terms of Service as well as the entire contract. If you have any questions, consult your attorney and/or accountant before signing.

3. Privacy Policy
North Pointe Consulting Services will not sell any personal or corporate information to any third party. Clients are aware that PayPal.com is used to purchase products on the North Pointe Consulting Services website and any personal information provided to PayPal.com falls under their Terms of Service. North Pointe Consulting Services is not liable for any harm that may come from providing personal information to PayPal.com.

4. Member Account, Password, Username, Security
If clients use any service on www.northpointeteam.com which requires a username or password, they are solely responsible for this information. Clients understand that it is their responsibility to maintain and keep this information for future use. Clients also realize that it is their responsibility to keep this information private and that North Pointe Consulting Services does not condone disclosing their username or password to anyone.

North Pointe Consulting Services will keep client usernames and passwords confidential. If clients forget their password, North Pointe Consulting Services has permission to send their password to the email address associated with your account.

Clients understand that North Pointe Consulting Services does not pre-screen any content but North Pointe Consulting Services reserves the right to remove any content, posted or otherwise, at any time and at North Pointe Consulting Service's sole discretion.

North Pointe Consulting Services may disclose content if required by law.

5. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify North Pointe Consulting Services, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners, and independent contractors, from any claim or demand, including any attorneys' fees, made by any third party coming about from ANY content clients submit, post, transmit or make available through the North Pointe Consulting Services website, clients use of www.northpointeteam.com, clients connection to North Pointe Consulting Services, violation of the TOS, or violation of any rights of another.

6. Copyright
Clients understand that all content published in print or on www.northpointeteam.com is property of North Pointe Consulting Services and its protected by United States copyright laws. Clients understand that this information may be shared and used by the client and or company. This information may not be re-sold or distributed for profit in any way.

7. Modifications of Service
North Pointe Consulting Services may change this agreement at any time with or without notification to the client. Clients agree to the terms and conditions posted on the North Pointe Consulting Services website and that they may change at any time. Clients also agree that North Pointe Consulting Services will not be held liable for any damages incurred from changes to this document.

8. Termination
Clients agree that North Pointe Consulting Services may terminate any of its services with or without notice. North Pointe Consulting Services is not liable for any loss or damages due to, or associated with, the termination of any of our services. North Pointe Consulting Services is not liable for the refund of any money after the termination of a service or services. Clients agree that North Pointe Consulting Services may disable your username and password at any time with or without notice to you. Clients agree that North Pointe Consulting Services is also not liable if information is temporarily unavailable due to errors, hardware failure, upgrades, or any problems that could cause information to be unavailable.

9. Liability
Clients agree that North Pointe Consulting Services will NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any profit loss, loss of wages, loss of employees, loss of employment, direct or indirect mental or physical damages, mental distress, loss of property, loss of assets, loss of money, incurred fees from an attorney or other service due to or arising from North Pointe Consulting Services products or services.

End of Terms
